AguaMayyim is the musical fusion of Rose Dayal and Franky Helix, a bass music duo rooted in Santa Cruz, CA. As partners in life and in music, they seamlessly blend their talents as DJs, producers, and musicians.
For the past 5 years, Rose and Franky have cultivated a dedicated community in Santa Cruz and beyond, creating immersive live experiences that bring people together through music, movement, and connection. Together, they have built a loyal following united by a shared love of transformational music and authentic experience.
Performing throughout the Bay Area and beyond, they have shared the stage with Dimond Saints, KR3TURE, Equanimous, Beat Kitty, Lil Fish, Phutureprimitive, Mose, Yemanjo, Scott Nice, and more, with festival appearances including High Vibe, Unison, EveryWhen, Soul Play, Full Bloom, and Medicina Campout.
With a diverse sonic palette, they explore global bass, deep melodic soundscapes, tribal rhythms, organic sounds, international and hip-hop influences. Their music moves between worlds, weaving the ancient and futuristic, the visceral and ethereal, into a dancefloor experience that feels both primal and transcendent. Whether in an intimate venue or under open skies, AguaMayyim creates spaces where music and movement become medicine.
